July: protecting your skin and hair



Protect your skin from the sun and harmful UV rays by applying a natural organic suncream/gel. Renew application after bathing.


Massage your hair with 2 or 3 drops of jojoba or argan oils to add a max of shine and give an extra repairing boost !


Sun is shinning? Hot day? Keep up you body moisturisation by drinking fresh fruit-infused mineral water. Peach or abricot do great job.


Watermelon is such a delicious fruit: so hydrating and still plenty of nutrients! Ideal as a snack too.


Cell regeneration is key to glowing skinTreat your face with a gentle scrub once a week or less ( depending on your skin type) followed by a face mask.


Homemade facial mask for oily skin: Mix a few strawberries + a big spoon of yoghurt + a bit of honey. Apply 10min on clean skin, then rinse. Fresh skin garanteed!
Green clay mask is also great as Green clay is really healing, calming, purifying yet gentle.


Homemade facial mask for dry skin:  Mix fresh avocado + 1 big spoon of organic honey + 1 tsp of olive oil. Leave on the face for 10 min and rinse. Smooth...smooth...


April: it is all about moisturising!



Super simple beauty tip (a bit neglected sometimes): your skin loves w a t e r! so drink water as much as u can especially when weather starts to be warmer.


Add of bit of lemon juice or a couple of concumber slices to your glass of water to purify your body and boost your energy !


Loving kiwis (= great snacks!), sweet & a tiny bitter at the same time: rich in antioxidants and Vitamins A,E,C, fibres and potassium!


A floral spritz on the face to boost skin with natural nutrients & enhance its moisturisation: chamomille, rose, or calendula water are top!


Switch to a lighter moisturiser when days are warmer... as you dont want your skin to feel too sticky or greasy :-)


Regularly exfoliate your body to get an ultra smooth skin. Follow by a delicate and natural body lotion to moisturize and repair dry areas.
